Bragada delivers your new product(s) anywhere in the 48 contiguous states. We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii for a nominal fee. Please call our friendly staff for delivery prices outside the 48 states.

We have three different delivery options available for you to choose from. Please read more below to learn about these different delivery options. If you have any questions about our delivery services please call us toll free at 1.800.478.9098.


Mattress Delivery Options

A) Standard Delivery - FREE for a limited time.
With this delivery service your new bed or mattress will be delivered curbside. You will be responsible for bringing your new product into your home.

B) Gold Delivery
With this delivery service we will bring your new bed or mattress into your home up to 2 flights of stairs and install your new sleep system. We will also remove the plastic bag and box it came in. This service is an additional fee of $249.

C) Platinum Delivery
With this delivery service we will bring your new bed or mattress into your home up to 2 flights of stairs and install your new sleep system. We will also remove any old bedding you have along with the bag and box your new shipment came in. This service is an additional fee of $299.

Note: Once your bed has shipped you cannot change the delivery option.

Mattress Delivery - Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long does it take for my mattress to ship out from your factory?
A:
Mattresses ship out from our factory in 5 - 7 business days. From that point depending on where you live it can take from 3 - 6 working days to arrive. Note: Gold & Platinum delivery can take an additional 6 - 8 working days to arrive.

Q: Will I Be Notified of the Day & Time My Mattress Will Arrive?
A: If you provide us your email address at the time of order we will send you an email the day your product(s) ship with the tracking information. You can then visit the delivery company's website or call them to see what day and time it will arrive. Note: Some mattresses ship FedEx. If this is the case all parts of your order may arrive in two deliveries. IE: Pillows or Box Spring may arrive a day after the mattress or the other way around.

Q: Where Do You Ship From?

Bragada's mattress factory is located in Indiana.

Q: What Are The Delivery Hours?
A: Delivery hours are Monday - Friday from 9AM - 5PM.

Q: What Should I Do If My Order Arrives Damaged?
A:
Please inspect all boxes before you accept delivery. If you can clearly see damage to your order mark it down on the paperwork the driver will have and refuse the shipment. Call us immediately reporting the damaged freight and we will send a replacement ASAP. If you only see a torn box and or plastic but cannot tell if the product is damaged just make a note on the paperwork that the container it arrived in was damaged and accept the shipment. If after opening the order you find damage to the product please call our customer service department immediately (within 24 hours) and inform them of the damage. We will send a replacement to you ASAP and pick up the damaged order. Of course either case will be at no charge to you. **IMPORTANT** If you do not contact us within 24 hours of delivery that a product is damaged we will not be able to replace it at no charge. We also cannot cancel an order due to damage, we can only replace it at no cost to the purchaser. Should you want to cancel your order due to a damaged shipment, this will fall under our "cancellation policy ll" in which the purchaser is responsible for all delivery cost, to and from our factory.

Cancellation Policy

* Cancellation Policy I: If an order has not shipped and you wish to cancel before 24 hours there will be no cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel an order after 24 hours of placing it there will be a $19 cancellation fee for orders under $500. Orders over $500 will impose a $39 cancellation fee. Orders over $3,000 will impose a $100 cancellation fee.

** Cancellation Policy II: If an order is canceled after it has shipped or if it is refused upon delivery, you will be liable for all delivery charges. This includes the cost of shipping the product(s) out to you and the cost of bringing the product(s) back to our distribution center. A mandatory 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all canceled or refused orders that have already shipped. This policy applies to all orders including orders that qualified for free delivery.
